Website

• You can now hide header button from homepage only.
• You can align buttons to start from left to right instead of right to left
• Redirect Popup has a 5 second delay on Product Page - Fixed
• Product page - By mouse over on the thumbnails they will automatically be selected.
• The functionality of the header image to be clickable was improved. The Header image was enabled to be clickable back to the homepage for all websites
• The login and registration pages on all stores were completely revamped
• Fixed issues with forgot password taking too long to reset
• You can now mouseover on the small thumbnails and the images will show up enlarged without clicking if the Item has a minimum quantity then it will default to that quantity automatically.
• We created a Guest checkout and enabled it for everyone (you can disable it from settings)
• Added Open Ticket link to WEBSITE > MY ACCOUNT > DASHBOARD
• If minimum quantity is set, you won’t be allowed to change it in the cart
• If you delete an article, it will be permanently deleted with 410 header
• If you choose a Tire Bundle with Wheels, any tires that have a quote should be excluded from the tire bundle list - Fixed

Website – Search Results

• If a product in search results has more then 5 possible variations and your in vertical view it will show product with no options selected – Fixed
• When the search is triggered, you need to scroll to the top portion of the page to start where the filters starts
• If you click change vehicle from search it will take you to the homepage main banner vehicle search – Fixed
• 35 Items per page will be default
• If you search for specific tire size, it will display all the part numbers in the results
• If you click on a specific tire size in search results, that specific one will be pre-selected on the product page
• Improved the relevancy of correct tires showing up in the search results
• Fixed issues where certain keywords that would trigger the same product to show up twice
• Active Featured item / Active Sale item are triggered inside the search and get higher relevancy
• If item is on sale or featured it will have tags on the image
• Products that have 4 months of good sales record will get higher relevancy
• High CTR products will get higher relevancy
• Mouseover on image will flip through all images that are available for that product
• If a specific item exists when you search for a specific vehicle or part #, the specific image will show up
• Improved staggered fitment lookup
• Fixed Sort by Price to go against Web Price not MSRP

• If a vehicle matches a keyword you entered (Ex: Dodge neon neon kit) you should delete the dodge neon out of the keyword and clarify the result
• Filters will show up from left to right dynamically depending on the product on the page your are viewing. Once you select a main category, a sub category will be offered
• Only one diameter can be active in filters for wheels or tires

Product Setup Module

• Increased timeout during duplicating of products to avoid session timeout

Effiliate Marketing

• New module in product setup promoting you to participate in affiliate marketing with eBay and Amazon
• For eBay you can choose seller, category variables, If you have Effiliate enabled and Add to Cart enabled an image will show up as Compare Us to eBay or Amazon, If you have Effiliate enabled and Add to Cart or Quote disabled an image will show up as Inventory Moved to eBay or Amazon
• You can now define a custom URL to be triggered when you press ADD TO CART

Supplier

• When you press save on supplier. A message saying “Successfully Saved” will now appear. When rejecting products from active, they will be prompted to be deleted from the store.

Themes

              o    Improved the functionality of saving themes

              o    Add new class for social bar, affiliate links and product page (If you have a custom theme, review your website to make sure it looks good)

Support Tickets

• Moved the feature “if you want a service board public or not” from website setting to support desk setting

• We removed CC Accepted which is no longer valid in Turbolister
• Enhanced the export of XML of your data to a third party website
• Integrated the automation of exporting your CSV product data via FTP to your dealers

Improvements

Website

• The header is now clickable back to the homepage.
• A new setting was created to disable side menu number of products. It was turned off for everyone for SEO purposes.
• We only match the first five digits of the zip code for live rate.
• US and Canada postal codes were updated as well as new country postal codes were loaded.
• Canada, AU and UK were added to the top of the list for estimate shipping.
• If shipping can’t be calculate the visitor will be prompted to continue and they will be billed for shipping later.
• If you have a special on the product in your cart, the coupon will apply automatically and show the visitor a new total.
• If the Item has a minimum quantity then it will default to that quantity automatically.
• If you have a vehicle selected but no products are available on the homepage, only the main banner on the homepage will show up

Suppliers

• If phone # is not entered for drop ship / warehouse supplier / country is not selected it will not allow to save

Email

• Raised email limit to 500mb per account for everyone
• Raised the limit of characters on canned messages for emails
• When creating a new email it will remove any extra spaces before and after the email address

Subscriptions

• Customer subscription - when people get an invoice or invoice created. The subscription will now show more details.

Support Desk

• The owner and reported by should not show all employees but only those assigned to the selected service boards
• If you open a new ticket and do not assign an employee the person who opened/created it will be assigned to it

Reports

• Sometimes when I right click shortcut to customer one after another, It doesnt switch customer and stays on the same one.
• Reports – Subscription – New column for subscription choice added
• Subscription Report - Show me their primary card  Exp date and if its expiring one month from now highlight in red

RSS Feed

• If RSS feed errors out for 3 days it will be deleted from the backoffice

Articles

• APS: News feeds will be automatically pinged and cached based on the anchor text
• You are now allowed to insert spun text (text spinner) into any article
• APS articles can have new tags ~make~ ~model~ ~year range~ ~year list~
• APS: allow to disable the “Wiki Vehicle Database”
• You can now insert a spun description into an article and create multiple articles using different titles

Customer

• If you have a NET order and you try to process. When you try to ship it out it will allow you to ship out without displaying the Settlement screen
• Enhanced a way to add mounting and balancing for Wheels and Tires
• Allow to Delink Declined Charge from an order and if the declined charge has an authorization make sure the settle authorization is enabled in charge history for that declined charge

  • If country has a valid name map it to the right country in customers

General Setting

• Wholesale, Link Import, Link Export, Article Export, Aces Export were all enabled for all stores.
• New setting in the back office to discount shipping (this includes final and estimate)
• If company country is not US, a warning will be given “You must have your own Shipping Account Number set up before using Live Rate for your country
• Added multiple threading on the dashboard to refresh every 2 minutes to show you new stats

Discounts

• RENAMED Per Order = Per Order - Any Product
• RENAMED Per Item = Per Specific Product - Item

Data Mapper

• A Brand and Category will be created automatically if they do not exist in the store
• Datamapper will not proceed to the next step if supplier is invalid in the drop downs
• Shortcut added to create a supplier, a brand and a category which will refresh after you enter it within the data mapper
• New feature to Upload & Approve right away
• Improved speed on select all on the last step
• Limited the creation of 250 products at a time
• Validation error will say exactly what the error is
• Added a scroll bar on long error messages for validation errors
• You can apply SCE header to CSV files to prepare an excel sheet for data mapping
• The “&” sign in anchor text/title caused errors and will not be removed by default

• Google Shopping - Title Capitalization will be removed as per Google Shopping specification

Order Assignment

Keyword Monitor

• Fixed several bugs with charts and user interface
• Remove case sensitive on new keywords
• Suggest product to optimize will be based on my hot seller and super hot seller formula for eBay. They just need to select a category. Once selected insert all the anchor text as keywords
• Add the LSI tool to keyword monitor and allow them to check mark and insert keywords right from the tool
• Default the proper service based on their country
• Sort by rank then by search engine then by region
• Renamed Run = Start Checking Ranks
• If monthly change is not available do not put (not ranked)

Employee

• You can now specify the time zone for employee logs
• You can define if you want screen shots of the software to be recorded on your employee screen to see what they are working on

General Setting

 Order Assignment

• Shipping phone number will be sent instead of billing phone if available to the supplier
• Cost was not being transferred in order assignment to the supplier - fixed

Articles

• Articles that are deleted will have 410 header on the website

Website

• Searching for a wheels brand, then going back and search for another, the diameter would display the first brand results. – Fixed
• Declined credit card reasons would show twice – Fixed
• Fixed the issue with reply to email not working on the website - Fixed
• Themes checkout remove margins on that class which was causing a space in the header - Fixed
• Sometimes valid part number would not return results - Fixed
• Canada sales tax does not estimate in the Shopping Cart – Fixed
• If product has quote enabled do not show from price on the search results – Fixed
• If you selected a tire size such as 31x10.5R15, nothing would show up – Fixed

Product Setup Module

• You are not able to assign child choices to parent choices in product with options - Fixed

Marketplace

• If you select Google, the radio button stays on the search engines then if you select eBay the Google button is still checked and overrides when you hit next – Fixed

RSS Feeds

• I wrote post, then click modify changed something in there. Saved…. I see 2 posts on the websites. Modify doesn’t work it just makes a new entry. After leaving and coming back I saw all the extra posts - Fixed

Data Mapper

• Validation error tells me product requires at least one image… while I have all general image URL filled out (no application images) - Fixed
• Removed case sensitive on data mapper It maps fine but the available header icon is yellow not blue – Fixed
• “Errors only” show you all errors but you can’t go back to full view need another button to switch between make checkbox instead of button - Fixed
• If you import data mapper rules they do not save - keeps the categories but erases the rules - Fixed
• If you modify the anchor text it doesn’t modify it on the application view and causes errors - Fixed
• If you open a popup of upload to server screen and close it… the data mapper resets to step 1 - Fixed

Data Sharing

• Processing period did not sync over on synchronization – Fixed

Data Audit

• If the product is no longer data shared and it was price sync on auto and they try to data audit it. They get an error. If the product expire, the price sync should switch to manual by default and there should be no error at that point in data audit - Fixed

Customer

• Settling authorization sometimes would cause an error on screen – Fixed
• Made sure qty 4 wheels calculates correctly on shipping
• Order settlement issues when applying a new charge and store credit - Fixed
• On some windows, cancelling an order would not cancel it – Fixed

Follow Ups

• Assigned to will now display correct user
• If you save a follow up without making a new folder it will not save the follow up – Fixed

Dashboard

• If you choose successful orders 30 days it shows 1 instead of real number – Fixed

Keyword Monitor

• Fixed refresh issues
• Fixed lookup algorithm as it was excluding results

You need Uservoice to get feedbacks from your clients on how to improve your website, products or service. Uservoice is a user-generated voting system that can be integrated to your website for free.

We use it with Shopping Cart Elite and it creates a great experience for our customers to submit new features.

It can also be used for eCommerce by:

• Organizing Group buys – This would work by creating a product and posting a discount on the Uservoice, than you would make an email marketing campaign and advise your customers to buy the product and apply a vote after they purchase. One the vote reaches 10, you will have it shipped.

• Voting which products should be added to your store next

• Voting on what prices should have a better price

• Voting on improvements on the website or customer service

• Voting on new features for the website that can be passed to Shopping Cart Elite

Support Tickets

• Support Tickets are in alpha stage, this means we are actively working on it and testing it. If you would like to actively start using support tickets and report problems, please let us know.

Reports

• Subscription - Right click to shortcut to customer account

Customer

• Cancelling subscription will prompt you if you want to send an email or not
• If subscription item do not match interval, subscription can’t be activated
• Customer import has been redesigned to be more friendlier
• You can lock down a credit card # where it can’t be charged without admin approval call it “Approve before Charging”
• In general setting you can set manual CC charge
  • The order will settle successfully against NET credit even though he will not have a credit line or net limit
  • The credit card will be saved on his account if that happens
