OPTION B: GO TO EBAY / AMAZON / CRAIGSLIST, etc.
You can solve all your traffic problems and website problems by selling on eBay. Sure they are expensive but you know what? Traffic is expensive and you will pay for it one way or another. The only problem is that when you sell on eBay, you are competing with some heavy players in the same arena.
